Group Climbing - Delivery Information

Delivery Costs

We don't charge for delivery.

Delivery Times

Based on the availability of your items, we will endeavour to fulfil your order and deliver to you as quickly as possible. Items in stock will be delivered in 3-5 days.

Where items are out of stock or there is an insufficient quantity for your needs then please email us and we'll do what we can to get them for you.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible and any delay in dispatch will be notified by email at the first opportunity.

Please be aware that placing an order with us does not guarantee availability.

Delivery Locations

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Product Inspection

When your order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged in transit by the carrier company. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the products become your property.

If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at enquiries@groupclimbing.co.uk with ATTENTION- DAMAGED ITEM in the subject line. Concealed damage is almost impossible to prove if no notation was made at the time of delivery. However, if you discover internal (non-visible) damage please contact us within three business days for instructions. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
